Entrants in the Militia Mix can use track 11 from the Wired CD, “No Meaning No,” by Chuck D and the Fine Arts Militia, take samples from it, and combine them with their own creativity. The one best entry will be on the next Fine Arts Militia album, to be released in the spring.

The tracks licensed under the Sampling licenses, giving you the right to rip, sample, mash, and share, without legal hassle. All details and rules can be found on CC Mixter, a project from Creative Commons.
